A person shall not place on the market a product mentioned in Article 2 of the Directive other than in accordance with Article 3 of the Directive and unless it is labelled in accordance with Article 4 of the Directive. These Regulations also provide with respect to appointment and functions of authorised officers, compliance and offences.
