Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Union (Biocidal Products) Regulations 2013 so as to revise and update the requirements set down in Regulation (EC) 528/2012 regarding access to the market and renewal of authorisations of biocidal products, as supplemented by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 492/2014. They set down the requirements and conditions relating to the authorisation and registration of biocidal products, which must be complied with in relation to the placing of such products on the market and their usage.
