Abstract

These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Directive 2005/86/EC, Commission Directive 2005/87/EC and Commission Directive 2006/13/EC. These Directives all amend Annex I and Annex II to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding undesirable substances in animal feed.
