Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Seed Potatoes) Regulations 1980 by redefining "class" and thus to permit seed potato producers to market seed potatoes at the class awarded at crop inspection and all lower classes. The Regulations replace Part IV of the principal Regulations. This Part specifies minimum information that every official label/plant passport attached to a package or container containing seed potatoes shall contain.
