Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Seed of fodder plants) Regulations 2002 so as to give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive 2012/37/EU which replaces Annex II concerning Galega orientalis Lam and Annex III replacing Poaceae (Gramineae) of Council Directive 66/401/EEC as regards the marketing of fodder plant seed.
