Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Seed of fodder plants) Regulations 2002 to implement Community legislation allowing for the fodder plant Galega orientalis Lam. to be covered by the uniform rules on seed certification. They also limit the marketing of seed of certain fodder plants to seed which has been officially certified as ‘basic seed’ or ‘certified seed’.
