Abstract

These Regulations give effect to Commission Directive 2004/55/EC amending Council Directive 66/401/EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed. The amendments concern the definition of fodder plants and in particular the naming of plant varieties "Festuca", "Lolium" and the entry of "Vicia faba".
