A person shall not manufacture or place on the market processed cereal-based foods or baby foods unless the requirements of these Regulations are complied with. Agricultural products intended for the production of processed cereal-based foods or baby foods shall be treated in accordance with the requirements of these Regulations. The Regulations prescribe criteria regarding composition and labelling.
