Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Brown Rot in Egypt) Regulations 2007 so as to update emergency measures against the spreading of Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith within the community originating in Egypt as adopted by recent Community legislation, i.e. Commission Decision No. 2007/842/EC on emergency measures against the spreading of Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith within the community as regards Egypt.
