Regulation 4 sets out marketing requirements for EEC fertilizer. Where a person has on his premises any fertilizer to which these Regulations apply, which he has purchased and which he proposes to use in the course of his farming operations, he may apply in writing to the Minister to have a sample thereof taken for analysis.
