They provide for a revised list of products, which may be marketed and used in feeding stuffs. Feeding stuffs may be marketed only if they are wholesome, unadulterated and of merchantable quality, and they shall not represent a danger to animal or human health and shall neither be represented nor marketed in a manner liable to mislead (reg. 4).
