Abstract

These Regulations amend the Annexes to Council Directive 77/93/EEC to provide for protective measures against the introduction into the Community of an organism harmful to wheat and rye, Tilletia indica Mitra (Karnal Bunt). Furthermore, they implement the provisions of Commission Directive 96/76/EC on the recognition of Austria, Finland and Sweden as Protected Zones of the Community and and implement Commission Decision 96/301/EC which adjusts existing conditions relating to the introduction of ware potatoes from Egypt.
