These Regulations give effect to Commission Decision 2002/80/EC of 4 February 2002 laying down special conditions on the import from Turkey of figs, hazelnuts and pistachios and certain products derived thereof. The effect of these Regulations is to lay down the general provisions for the importation of figs, hazelnuts and pistachios and certain products derived thereof originating in or consigned from Turkey.
