Abstract

These Regulations give effect to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1019/2008 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the hygiene of foodstuffs and give further effect to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 by providing for indictable offences and penalties. Commission Regulation No. 1010/2008 concerns fish products.
