They provide for the collection by the Environment Protection Agency of duly substantiated and verified emissions data from installations that will only be covered by the Scheme. The Agency shall submit to the European Commission of a national list of installations covered by EU Directive 2009/29/EC. Other amendments of the principal Regulations concern enforcement and compliance.
