Abstract

These Regulations give effect to Directive 2002/46/EC15 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to food supplements. They set certain requirements in respect of the content and packaging of food supplements. The packaging of food supplement products is required to bear certain particulars and to be free from certain other claims or statements.
