Abstract

These Regulations provide, inter alia, to extend the scope of the1 European Communities (Control of Oestrogenic, Androgenic, Gestagenic and Thyrostatic Substances) Regulations, 1988 to all veterinary medicinal products and to prohibit the possession and use of unauthorized veterinary medicinal products. They also provide for the mandatory observance of the conditions of use of authorized veterinary medicinal products and for clinical trials on unauthorized veterinary medicinal products.
