An official inspection carried out for the acceptance of vegetable varieties shall cover the characteristics listed in Annex 1 of Commission Directive 72/168/EEC. The conditions listed in Annex II of Commission Directive shall be fulfilled at time of inspection. “Vegetable varieties” has the same meaning as in the Commission Directive.
