A person, including the master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not import an avian product from the Republic of South Africa or cause or permit another person to import an avian product from the Republic of South Africa. A person, including the master or person in charge of a vessel or aircraft, shall not have in his or her possession or under his or her control an avian product that has been imported in contravention of the above rule.
