Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by carrying into effect for Ireland the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC with regard to the purity level required, the common name and the expiry date for inclusion in Annex I of specified active substances which are pesticides.
