Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by transposing the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC as regards an extension of the use of the active substance penconazole and by including the certain active substances into that Annex.
