The Regulations provide with respect to enforcement of Regulations made under section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 or to an act of the institutions of the European Communities to the extent that these Regulations are applied to those Regulations or the act. The Regulations provide for the appointment of authorized officers and define powers of such officers in order of safeguard biosecurity of agricultural products including fish.
