Abstract

These Regulations stipulate that a reference in Irish legislation to Community legislation repealed by Chapter II of Part VII of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 361/2008 (“Council Regulation”) has effect as if the reference is a reference to the Council Regulation or to the equivalent provision of the Council Regulation and is to be read in accordance with the correlation tables set out in Annex XXII to the Council Regulation. Other provisions of these Regulations concern interpretations, references and offences.
