Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to protection against anaemia in equids. Article 4 establishes that in case of suspicion of an outbreak, the competent authority shall immediately make a clinical and serological examination of the suspected animals. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); General protection rules (2); Special protection rules (3).
