Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/262 and provide that new owners of equidae must register the change of ownership with a Passport Issuing Body located within Ireland, who are, in turn, required to record the new ownership on their database and to furnish the information for inclusion on the central database.
