Abstract

The present Ordinance is made under article 19 and 59 of the Renewable Energies Act 2014. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the fair distribution of costs among power suppliers. The text consists of 11 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Marketing by transmission system operators (2); Determining of the EEG apportionment (3); Burden of proof (4); Publication of EEG apportionment (5); Publication of EEG preview (6); Collection of EEG apportionment by final consumers and own energy suppliers (7); Duties of suppliers network operators for levying of EEG apportionment (8); Information and publication duty (9); Transfer of powers to enact Ordinance (10); Transitional provisions (11).
