Abstract

This Order introduces measures for the prevention of spreading of epizootic lymphangitis in Jersey and applies provisions of article 8 of the Diseases of Animals (Jersey) Law 1956 to this disease. Article 8 empowers the Minister to order slaughtering of diseased animals.
