Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the organization of the epizootic disease inspection. In particular, the following shall be entrusted with the correct and efficient inspection of animals and foodstuff: a) the Office of Food Inspection and Veterinary Affairs, b) Official and non- official veterinaries, c) Official experts, bee inspectors. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: Organization of Epizootic Disease Inspection (I); Transitional and final provisions (II).
