Abstract

This Notice, made under section 41 of the Environmental Management Act, designates as an environmentally sensitive species (ESS) the Golden tree frog (described in Part I of the Schedule). This species is considered to be critically endangered. The reason for the designation of the ESS is to meet the objectives set out in Part II.
