Entry into force notes
Regulations 2, 3 (1), 5, 11-17 shall come into force on 4 November 1977. Regulations 3(2), 4, 6-10 and 18 shall come into force on 1 July 1978 (sec. 1 (2) and (3)).
Abstract

The Regulations state (a) the continuance of existing conditions and restrictions in case of change in occupancy; (b) the information to be provided by the applicant for a licence or for the renewal or transfer of a licence; (c) the obligations of the occupier of prescribed premises; (d) limits for parameters of effluent to be discharged into a watercourse and onto land.
