All Litter Prevention Wardens shall report to that body that the Minister designates by publication in the Gazette, as the body responsible for the general management of the Litter Prevention Wardens and that body shall be responsible for monitoring the enforcement of the duties of the Litter Prevention Wardens under these Regulations.
