Abstract

Regulations to control the discharge of effluents into any inland water or the marine environment. The 27 regulations are divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); New Sources of Discharge (II); Acceptable Conditions of Discharge into Inland Waters (III); Discharge of Effluent and Sludge onto Land (IV); Licence to Discharge Effluents (V); Miscellaneous (VI); Fees (VII); Penalties (VIII).
