Abstract

These Regulations provide for the control of production of and trade in any controlled substance or any other substance likely to deplete the ozone layer. A person shall not produce or conduct any activity likely to produce any controlled substance or any other substance likely to deplete the ozone layer or emit into the open air any controlled substance likely to result in adverse effects on human health and the environment.
