Abstract

This Environmental monitoring Programme on use of pesticides for the year 2021, based on the provisions of the Law on plant protection products, determines rules on priorities of sampling, samplers, as well as on the number of samples that will be examined in order to verify the environmental risk assessment factors, but also to protect the health of the population. These tests are performed in accordance with the maximum permitted quantities of hazardous and harmful substances as prescribed in the Regulation on permitted quantities of hazardous and harmful substances in the land and methods for their testing (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 18/1997).
