Abstract Based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant protection products, this Programme sets annual (for the year 2022) programmed environmental monitoring tasks as regards the impact deriving from the use of pesticides. This text determines the performers of monitoring, priorities of sampling, as well as the number of samples (see Table 1 in final paragraph, which indicates sampling details for soil, bees, birds and fish). The Programme, based on risk analysis, monitoring results conducted in previous years, as well as work consideration of the situation from different aspects of environmental protection, is implemented through sampling aimed to monitor the impact of pesticide use on the environment, among related environmental risk assessments, but also in order to protect the health of population.
