These Regulations enter into force 7 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 18 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by two Schedules, prescribe fees payable in respect of permits, orders, environment protection notices, in respect of the assessment by the Board of permissible level 1 and 2 activities and the approval by the Board of environmental improvement programmes, and in respect of miscellaneous activities.
