Abstract

This Law implements Directive 2004/35/EC on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage. It concerns the prevention and remediation of environmental damage to protected species or natural habitats, or a site of special scientific interest, surface water or groundwater or land. The law shall apply to: (a) any environmental damage caused by any of the occupational activities listed in Annex III to this law, or any imminent threat of such damage occur
