Abstract

These Regulations amend the Environmental Health Services (Collection and Disposal of Waste) Regulations, 2004 by repealing and replacing the Schedule. The Schedule, made under regulation 49, determines waste disposal charges for waste brought to a waste management facility. A waste disposal fee shall be assessed and shall be paid by all private collectors for each load of waste.
