Any fee or charge incurred in the performance of any service rendered may be recoverable summarily by the Minister and fees and charges shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund. Services include: inspection of cargos of ships and deratization of ships; analysis of drinking water; analysis of treatments involving pesticides; tests analysis of dairy products and food items; and hazardous waste analysis.
