Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assessment of environmental impact connected with mining activities. Article 1 establishes that the exploitation of coal, charcoal, brown coal, ore and any other non energetic minerals is subject to an environmental assessment test. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Projects (1); Specifications (2); Transboundary competent authorities (3); Transitional provisions (4); Entry into force (5).
