Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Environmental Manager Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to Environmental Appeal Board procedures. The text consists of 11 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Application (2); Appeal practice and procedure (3); Procedure following receipt of notice of appeal (4); Quorum (5); Order or decision of the Board or a panel (6); Written briefs (7); Public hearings (8); Recording the proceedings (9); Transcripts (10); Representation before the Board (11).
