This text will fully come into operation on 24 March 2015.
Abstract

These Regulations, also for the purposes of transposing into the law of Gibraltar of Directive 2006/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the management of bathing water quality and repealing Directive 76/160/EEC, are here setting the requirements for the implementation of protection issues necessary for the preservation and management of surface waters that are officially designated by the competent authority.
