Abstract

These Regulations, made under sections 14 and 40 of the Environment Protection Act 1994, determine that for purposes of section 15 of the Act: (a) a project or activity specified in Schedule I; or (b) any other project or activity which for reasons to be stated in writing is, in the opinion of the Authority, likely to have a significant impact on the environment, shall be a prescribed project or activity.
