Abstract

These Regulations implement the Environment Protection Act 1993 by providing specifications on fees and levies related to authorizations and licences and waste deposits. The levy for waste deposits is related to the concentration of chemicals substances in wastes, whose levels are set in Schedule 6 attached to the Regulations.
