These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe: criteria for the preparation of an Environment and Resource Efficiency Plan (EREP); when persons are required to register; criteria and considerations for deciding applications for exemption from the requirement to prepare an EREP; and the reports that a person must submit and the details and timing of the reports.
