Entry into force notes
These Regulations shall come into operation on 2 May 2005.
Abstract

These Regulations declare the enactments specified in the Schedule to these Regulations to be environmental legislation for the purposes of section 3 of the Environment Protection Act 2002. The list contains various Acts and Regulations relating to construction, water, noise prevention, waste prevention and disposal and environmental sanitation.
