Abstract

These Regulations impose a levy in respect of the processing of an application: (a) for approval of a Preliminary Environmental Report (PER) under section 16 of the Environment Protection Act; and (b) for an EIA licence under section 18 of the Act. The applicant shall pay the fees specified in the Schedule to the Director of Environment at the time of submitting the application.
