Abstract These Regulations, also in order to transpose into the law of Gibraltar the Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2008 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe, are establishing the necessary rules as regards the emissions and prevention of dust or particulate matter in ambient air, on the territory of Gibraltar.
