Abstract

These Rules are framed pursuant to the powers under section 20 of Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act, 1995. These Rules aim to ensure sustainable development and prevent environmental degradation in Bangladesh by regulating the activities that may have adverse impacts on the environment and human health.
