Abstract These Regulations, also in order to transpose into the law of Gibraltar the Directive 2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks, are establishing the necessary rules as regards the assessment and management of flood risks on the territory of Gibraltar.
